Features:
1.Belts of cotton fabric, nylon and polyester fabric reinforced can be used as base belts for different belt’s tension and application, flexibility longitudinally and rigidity transversely.
2.Sidewall is reinforced as well, so it is of good pressure bearable, anti-flex cracking and abrasion resistant.
3.Side walls and cleats are firmly seated on base belt by means of hot vulcanization process.
4.Bulk materials can be transported at angles from 0-90,occupying smaller space and bigger capacity than normal belt for different applications.
Belting is widely used for conveying materials in shapes of lump, particles and powders in port, metallurgy, ore mining, power plant, coal mining, foundry, construction, chemical Industry etc.
